ECVHS is an example of S+W’s continuing commitment to the educational and environmental renewal of aging, yet valuable inner-city schools. Sprotte+Watson’s design team collaborated closely with the District on the sixth and final phase of the Site Modernization for El Cajon Valley High School. Accomplished over a ten-year period, S+W’s Master Plan for the redevelopment of this inner-city high school of 2300 students utilizes a combination of creative site planning, building modernizations and the introduction of new high-performance infill facilities.
